Guest Pass
The Guest Pass provides you with unlimited access to public transportation throughout South Tyrol. Additionally, the card includes a diverse weekly program and attractive discounts.
Final Cleaning
The final cleaning, as well as bed linen, hand towels, and bath towels, are included in the price.
Local Tax
A local tax of €2.40 per person per night is charged for individuals aged 14 and over. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and is to be paid on site.
Minimum Stay
- The listed prices apply to a minimum stay of 5 nights.
- For short stays of less than 5 nights, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge.
Deposit
After your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of €200.00 per holiday apartment and week to our account within 7 days to secure the booking. Your reservation is considered confirmed only after the receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.
Cancellation policy
- up to 30 days before the start of the holiday: deposit will be retained
- 30 to 14 days before the start of the holiday: 50% of the total price
- within the last 14 days before the start of the holiday: 80% of the total price
Check-in / Check-out
On the day of arrival, your holiday apartment will be available from 14:00. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by no later than 9:00. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full, regardless of the actual duration of use of the apartments.
Payment Options
We accept payments in cash up to a maximum amount of €4,999.99 (according to Italian law), as well as by bank transfer in advance.
Parking
Outdoor parking is available free of charge. Upon request, we also offer a garage (€50.00 per week).
Pets
Please note that pets are not allowed at the Kaimblhof.
Non-smoking Apartments
Smoking is not allowed in the holiday apartments. However, smoking is permitted on the balconies, terraces, and in the garden area.
